FAREWELL TO MINISTER.
MISSION WORK IN INDIA.
" A farewell,gathering to the Rev. T. ERiddle and Mrs. Riddle, who have been on furlough in Auckland and who leave for Sydney en route to India by, the Monowai on Monday, was held recently. Mr. Riddle has been a missionary in the Presbyterian Church for 28 years, first in the New Hebrides and now in the Punjab. ' The Rev. W. Mawson, foreign missions secretary, paid a tribute to : the work o Mr. Riddle, not only in the mission field, but while in New Zealand.
