TRIPLETS NEARLY 90.
ONE WHO KNEW DICKENS. LONDON, June 30. Mr. Charles Mayhew,. the eldest by three-quarters of an hour of triplet brothers, one of whom is living in Australia and the third in Canada, will celebrate his 90th birthday next month. He lives in Rowton House, King's Cross. A shoemaker in his early days, Mr. Mayhow recalls how Dickens used to visit his shop and sit watching shoes being made for him. He was a chorister for 70 years and sang at the Duke of Wellington's funeral in 1852.
