MEMORIAL DEDICATED.
LATE PRESIDENT HARDING. SPEECH BY MR. HOOVER. (Received June IG. 9.45 p.m.) NEW YORK. June 16. The President, Mr. Hoover, to-day dedicated a memorial to the former President, Mr. Warren Harding, at Marion, Ohio. ' The President referred to the late President as a kindly and generous spirit and recalled how, during the scandals of Mr. Harding's Administration, he was betrayed by a few men whom lie trusted. The same men betrayed their country. " That was the tragedy of Warren Harding's life," said Mr. Hoover.
