YOUTH UNDER ARREST.
ALLEGATION OF THEFT. [i'HOM OUR OWN COPFESFONDENT. ] PAEROA. Tuesday. A youth, aged 19, was arrested in Paeroa last evening on a charge of the theft, of two gold watches and other articles valued at £l4, the property of a resident, in Wellington. The accused had recently been working on a farm. This morniiig he appeared in the Paeroa Police Court'and was remanded for eight days.' Bai} was not sought.
