SIR HENRY BIRKIN WINS. MOTOR RACE OF 24 HOURS. PARIS. lime U. After a gruelling race of 24 hours the European (Jrand Prix was won by Sir Henry Biikin, driving an Alfa-Romeo car. His average speed was more than 88 miles an hour, which beat Mr. Wolf Parnate's record set last year. The majority of the 25 competitors who started failed to finish.
