FARMER'S HORSE BOLTS.

WILD RIDE THROUGH SCRUB. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WHANGAREI, Friday. A member of the Whangarei County Council, Mr. J. Morrison, arrived at the County Council meeting this morning with his hands heavily bandaged and adhesivo plaster across his nose.
