CAMBRIDGE CLUB'S YEAR. [FROM OUR OWN COKUESt'ONDENT.] CAMBRIDGE. Friday. Tho annual meeting of the Cambridge Bowling Club was held last evening, when about 60 members wero present. The president, Mr. Edgar James, was in the chair. Tho report and balance-sheet showed that tho year had been a successful one, both socially and financially. Tho year commenced with a bank overdraft of £52 and concluded with a debit balance of £47. Tho excess of assets over liabilities was £73. ' Tho trophies won during the year were presented. Tho election of officers resulted: —Patron, Mr. G. E. Clark; president, Mr. 11. If. McCathie; vice-presidents, Messrs. E. J. Easter, C. Andrew and- V. G. Boulton; green superintendent, Air. E. G. Wallis; match committee, Messrs. E. J. Easter, F. R. Wooldridge, A. Pearce; executive, Alessrs. T. 11. Boyce, E. Martyn, W. H. Woolloy; coach, Air. G. Harris; delegates to South Auckland Centre, Alessrs. 11. 11. McCathie, and S. R. James; secretary and treasurer, Air. F. R. Wooldridge; auditor, Air. F. AI. Oliver. It was decided that tho Easter tournament bo held as usual. It was resolved not to take part in the organised interclub games arranged by the centre executive. FRANKTON CLUB. [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Friday. Tho annual meeting of tho Frankton Bowling Club was held last evening, Air. F. Baker presiding. In his review of tho past season's activities, the president said tho year had been a very successful one. The balance-sheet showed a satisfactory position. The following officers wero elected:— Patron, Air. F. Baker; president, Air. C. Barrell; vice-president, Mr. A. Wheeler; secretary and treasurer, Air. E. R. Burton; committee, Alessrs. E. R. Baddiley, E. Whineray, C. Rabone, D. Cann, F. Baker, A. Rockcll; delegates to tho South Auckland Bowling Centre, Alessrs. C. Barrell and A. Wheeler.
