ACHING FEET.

Aching feet aro a common complaint. They aro a trouble that can be avoided. Many people have to stand for a greater part of the working day. That makes it easier to get nchirig feet; but oven in their case the trouble need not arise. You must have shoes that fit, that nre not too tight, or too loose, but allow free play for the muscles of the foot and toes without shifting about. Whenever you are at rest, put your feet up. Every morning, do a few rising and sinking exercises on and off the toes. Then put the feet under running cold water, and rub them briskly afterwards.
