LATEST IN HATS.
The old song, tho chorus of which concludes, " Where'er I go they all shout ' Oh, where did you get that hat' ?" has long been neglected; but I sometimes feel its revival is assured, says a Londoner. The very lastest is a felt with a wide crown that is knocked in twice. By which I mean the crown has two depressions, divided by a ridge in the centre.
