SON-IN-LAW AWARDED £25. A young Frenchman who lost the body of his mother-in-law owing to a railway company's negligence was awarded .L 25 damages by a Paris tribunal a few weeks ago. The misadventure occurred two years ago, when the young man's mother-in-law died while they were on holiday together, lie sent her body to Paris by rail, and arranged for the mourners to assemble at the terminus.
