Thomas Donnellan was awarder! by a jury £553 damages against' Frederick Robert Fairhall, gaidoner, as a result of a collision between plaintiff, who was riding a. bicycle, and defendant, who was riding a motorrvrle, in/Pnketahi Street, Greymouth, on March 18, 1930. Evidence given for plaintiff showed that defendant rounded a corner on the wrong side and ran into the bicycle.
