For the three months, ending March 31, the imports were JL'222,644, as against £354,308 for 1930. The expoits were £250,644, against £366,1!i6, for the previous year. This represented a falling off of 25 per cent. The principal exports werfe as follows: Sugar, 19.407 tons, value £143 239, against 15,154 tons, value £181,683; copra, 5350 tons, valuo £64,419, against 7385 tons, value £122.391 ; bananas 21.339 cases, value £11,541, against 20,345 cases, value £14,253.
