DELAY BY BAD WEATHER. SOUTH ATLANTIC TRIP. (Received May 10, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. May 9. The German flying-boat Dornier Do X left Bolania, Bissagos Islands, off Portuguese Guinea, yesterday for Fernando Noronha, off the north coast of Brazil A message from St. \ incent, Cape Verde Islands, states that tlio flying-boat later returned to Bissagos Islands, where she is awaiting better weather.
