ATTACK BY MOSLEMS.
THREE HINDUS KILLED. OBJECTION TO RECENT BOOK. (Received Mnv 8, 5.5 p.m.) DELHI. May 7. The religious feeling existing between Hindus and Moslems was illustrated at Calcutta when Bholanath Sen, the proprietor of a Hindu bookshop, and his assistant were killed and another assistant seriously injured bv Moslems, one of whom was arrested. The injured man died later of his v.ounds.
Sen had recently published a Bengali history book, in which there were passages which the Moslems said outraged their religious feelings. The Government in consequence stopped its publication.
