DHITIGH GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP Tlie Royal and Ancient Golf Club, St. Andrews, in issuing tlie conditions for the British open and amateur championships, said the prize' money for the open championship is to be increased by £IOO, the total amount pionship / committee issues a warning to amateur golfers in the circular relating to the British amateur championship.
