A CHEERFUL MIND.
In theso clays of physical jerks one seems rather too busy to worry, about mental health. But it is ivell worth while. A cheerful and contented mind lightens troubles and difficulties and adds to one's span of lifo. Moreover, it reacts beneficially upon' the tone of the body. So devote just a littlo tinio each day to your mind. This does not mean sitting down and thinking hard about yourself for a prescribed period, or going in for freak mental gymnastics. If you are well, avoid psycho-analysis —it is dangerous to tho mentally healthy person.
