CANADIAN LABOUR.
SC.VIET SYSTEM REJECTED. ONTARIO PARTY'S VIEWS. (Received April 5, 5.5 p.m.) OTTAWA. April 4. A message from London, Ontario, stales that the Labour Party of Ontario has refused to recogniso the Soviet system of Russia as the ideal to be followed by the Labour movement in Canada. At the annual convention of the party the delegates deleted the following clause from a motion before them: " That the Labour Party recognises Russia is endeavouring to establish a Socialist Republic and at this time is making a, valued contribution to Socialist thought and ideology."
