EQUALISATION OF RATES
DELAY WITH AUSTRALIA,

It is understood that the Imperial Communications Company s scheme for the equalisation of cables and wireless rates on the basis of the latter has now been approved throughout the Empire, except by Australia, where it is hoped Mr. C. L. Baillieu's mission in this connection will be successful.
