BUILDING IN WELLINGTON.
DECISION TO DEMOLISH.
[by telegraph.—press association.] WELLINGTON, Wednesday.
The Government has decided to demolish the Government Life Insurance Building in Customhouse Quay, with a view to embarking on a rebuilding scheme in the near future. It is understood that the work of demolition will not be jut in hand for about six months, as it will be necessary to find other accommodation for members of the staff.
