THEFTS FROM CEMETERY.
PERMANENT WREATHS TAKEN
A report that thefts had been committed at the Taumarunui Cemetery was made at a meeting of the Taumarunui Returned Soldiers' Association this week. It was stated that permanent wreaths had been stolen from tho grave of a young gill and from that of a returned soldier. Strong comment was made by members on such a despicable action.
