Ninety-eight Berlin Communists, headed ty a band playing revolutionary tunes, inarched to Court to stand their trial on charges of resisting tho police in a riot in which 14 Nazis were injured. The accused were accompanied by a large crowd whom demonstrators attacked, many being injured. Only three of the accused finally appeared before the Judge, Jlie rest refusing to be bullied by the police.
