HUSBAND GOES AWAY.
ORDER FOR RETURN. An order for restitution of conjugal rights was granted Mary Ann Petersen (Mr. Fawcett) against Hans Peter Petersen in the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. Justice Herdrnan. Petitioner said she was married in Masterton in 1911. Her husband left her in 1928 to take a position in the country and she earned her living in Auckland as a housekeeper. Lately she had not heard from her husband, who had not been supporting her. An order to return within 21 days was made by tho Judge.
