GLEN AFTON DISPUTE.
COLLIERIES STILL IDLE.
There was no change yesterday in the dispute at the Glen Afton Collieries, and the prospect of work being resumed remains indefinite. Unanimous support to the attitude of the directors of the company was accorded at a meeting of the Coalmine Owners' Association in Auckland yesterday. It is understood the other Waikato collieries will supply the Glen Afton Collieries with all coal required until operations are resumed.
