JAY-WALKING STOPPED.
LONDON. Jan. 15. The Albanian, authorities have decided that jay-walking must cease, says the Tirana correspondent of, the Times. Soldiers with fixed bayonets will patrol the streets and force pedestrians to keep to the pavements.
