FIVE SEAMEN CONVICTED.
FINES OF £2 IMPOSED
[by TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] LYTTELTON, Thursday.
Five seamen off the steamer Enton were fined £2 each at Lyttelton this afternoon for pillaging cargo. Tho magistrate remarked that the offence usually meant a term of imprisonment, but ho did not want to keep the men in tho Dominion.
