Beautiful weather prevailed for the second day of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club's meeting and tho attendance was fair. The u;oing wus good. Tho total for this meeting was £23,310. against £41,207 last year, a decreaso of £17,591. In the Mahora Maiden Race yestorday Night Speaker was officially announced as third, but the decision was afterwards altered making Lady Mikere third.
