THE WATERFRONT ROAD.
Sir,—Quite a number of suggested names havo appeared lately in the Herald, but, it appears to me that this beautiful highway along the seafront has already become quite accustomed to its name, Waterfront Road, and I very much doubt if that will ever bo changed. Why should it, tor docs not that name embody all detail and engender simplicity? There is another probable name in The Shoreway, or, possibly (as the road is really an'extension), King's Drive", but I am of strong opinion that the self-adopted name of Waterfront Road will always cling to it.
