SPANISH REFUGEE.
FRANCO NOW PENNILESS. ARRIVAL AT ANTWERP. BRUSSELS. Dec. 30. Major Ramon Franco, tho airman who fled from Spain after the recent unsuccessful revolt, arrived by ship at Antwerp, being accompanied by a mechanic named Hash. Major franco was attired in an old uniform and bathing shoes. 110 is penniless and appeared to be very downcast.
