TOWAI, Tuesday. Following injuries received when a motor-car capsized over a bank at Towai on Saturday, a Maori, Mr. Fred Hill, of W'hakapara, died in the Kawakawa Hos-
pital last evening. An inquest was opened at Kawakawa today and aftor evidence of identification had been given the hearing was adjourned.
