EDINBURGH PERFORMANCES. MAGISTRATES BEING SUED. (Received December 28. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Dec. 27. The Scottish Lord's Day Observance Association is prosecuting the Edinburgh magistrates for allowing Sunday performances in cinemas on behalf of the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.
