NEW SOUTH WALES POSITION. FATE OF BILLS AWAITED. SYDNEY, Dec. 9. The New South Wales Government has decided to await developments in its move to abolish tho Legislative Council and not to prepare definito plans for future action.

The Cabinet expects both bills with which the abolition of the Council would bo effected to pass all their stages by Thursday.
