RUSSIAN WIRELESS.
CHARACTER OF MESSAGES. BRITAIN LISTENING-IN. (Received December 5. 8.35 p.m.) LONDON. Dec. 4. In the- House of Commons to-day the Postmaster-General, Mr. H. B. LcesSmit.h, stated that some months ago he had instructed Post Office officials to listen-in on wireless messages from Russia, but they were uninteresting and innocuous so the practice was suspended.
Tho character of the messages now being sent out from Russia, however, had changed and once more were being listened to.
