DECORATIVE JELLY (RUSSIAN).
Ono pint packet of lemon jelly, ono pint packet of raspberry jelly. Put one packet in ono basin, and another in another basin, and to each packet add half n-pint of water. Put them in a cool place, but do not allow to set. Then beat ono first and then the other, alternating betwocn tho two. This takes haft-an-hour. Rinso the mould in cold water, put first yellow and then red jelly alternately by teaspoonsful in the bottom, in the second layer placing red over yellow, and so on until the mould is full. Turn out- and decorate with fresh or tinned fruits, or with a little of tho chopped jelly.
