CUSTOMS REVENUE DOWN. £49,000.000 SHORTAGE LIKELY. (Received December 1, 9.35 p.in.) SYDNEY. Dec. 1. The customs revenue of Australia is falling so rapidly that it is anticipated there will be a shortage of £49,000,000 compared with the original official estimate of £40,000,000 for the current year.
