WRONG USE OF ORDERS.
MONEY FOR THE PICTURES. ALLEGATION IN CHRISTCHURCH. [Bi' TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORUESPONPENT.] CHRISTCHUKCH. Monday. An allegation that somo unemployed men wore selling orders on tho Hospil«il Board for 33£ per cent, less than their face value nud using tho money so obtained to go to tho pictures was made by Mr. W. W. Scarff at a meeting to-day of the Citizens' Unemployment, Committee. Mr. Scarff mentioned another caso of a man who obtained relief work with the Heathcote County Council, and after earning £4 4s 4d in ono week did not work on Saturday -morning, so that he could obtain his rations' from a certain depot.
