Reports Jiavo readied London that Itoinnn Catholic missions at Hanchung, China, were attacked and looted and that Italian priests and nuns wore driven to the mountains. The, officials in the London office of the China Inland Mission announce that their at. Hanchung include two Australians, Miss M. E. Haslam, who has been in China since 1908, and Mr. A. Strange,, who, with his English wife, has been in China rpvcii years. It is not known whether these missionaries are at Hanchung at present.
