FALLING OFF IN YEAR. ADVERSE BALANCE SHOWN. (Received November 14, 5.5 p.m.) OTTAWA, Nov. 13. The foreign trade of Canada for the year ended September 30 showed a decline of shout £20.000.000 in the value of imports, and of more than £65,500,000 in exports. The adverse trade balance was £20,000,000.

The value of exports to the United Kingdom decreased bv £35,000,000, and to the United States by about £34,000,000.
