Notice is hereby further given by the Administratrix that after the 20th day of December. 1930, the Administratrix proposes to distribute the assets of the eaid deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard to the claims of which the Administratrix shall then have notice and in such event pursuant to Section 74 of " The Trustee Act, 1908, the Administratrix having given the notices directed by tho aforesaid Order will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim the Administratrix had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said assets.
