Notice is hereby Riven, that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of tho abovenamed ELAURA GERTRUDE MILLER, deceased, who died at Devonport, aforesaid on the 2nd day of July. 1930, intestate, and Letters of Administration of whoso estate, effects and credits wero on tho 29th day of August, 1930, granted by tho Supremo Court of New Zealand in its Northern Judicial Disat Auckland to Lydia Alice Davies, wife of John Price Davies, of Devonport, aforesaid. Traveller, are hereby required to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof to the abovenamed Lydia Alice Davies, at tho Office of Messieurs Thorne. Thome.
