COMPETITIONS. DONG COMPOSING COMPETITION. ° PRIZE OF THREE GUINEAS. Tho winner of the Song-Writing Coinpetition, promoted by tho IYA Musical and Dramatic Committee, was Mr. W. P. Chambers, of Wellington. Tho entry by Miss Patricia Lusher, of Kemuera, Auckland, was very highly commended. A prize of i'.'i 3s is now offered for tho best Musical Setting to tho words of the poem.
