In the Magistrate's Court to-day a tyoung m;in, Horace Martin, of Maratoto, ;was fined £5 and costs for abstracting electricity fraudulently from tlio Thames Valley Power Board's supply on September 11. Martin connected the meter-charging *ires -with the flat-rato system and thus tan Lis milking machines without extra post.
