MURDERS ON INCREASE. j IMMEDIATE ACTION URGED. , (Received November 13, 8.5 p.m.) I NEW YORK. Nov. 13. ( Tho crime records of the last 30 days t in Now York show that 91 people were shot, of whom 'l2 have been buried. This ( lakes no account of the suburban area. The city's murder record for last year was 357. So far this year the figures exceed thoso by 50 per cent. The New v York Evening Telegram is demanding Lhat the authorities tako iinmediato iction.
