OUTRAGE AT DUBLIN.
SHOTS FIRED AT SOLDIERS. PRESIDENT'S PERSONAL GUARD. (Received November 13, 8.5 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 13. A reported attempt to assassinate Mr. W. T. Cosgrave, President of (he Irish Free State, while ho was motoring to his home on the outskirts of Dublin, is denied. It is explained that shols were fired at a car containing soldiers comprising Mr. Cosgiave's personal guard while they were returning from duty at his residence. None of the shots took effect.
