BLAZING CAR MYSTERY. MURDER CHARGE LAID. (Received November 13, 5.3 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 12. The police are baffled in their investigation of the case of the discovery of the badly burned body of a man in the smouldering remains of a baby car near Hardingstone, a village near Northampton. A search throughout the country has not resulted in the police securing a clue as to the identity of the body. The owner of the car, Arthur A. Rouse, has been arrested on a charge of murder.
