UNEMPLOYMENT BOARD.
MANUFACTURERS' NOMINEE.
Tho nomination of Mr. F. L. Hutchinson, of Christchurch, as tho manufacturers* nominee on tho Unemployment Board, was confirmed at a. special meeting of tho Auckland Manufacturers' Association last week. Mr. Hutchinson, who was selected by the Now Zealand Manufacturers' Association, is a prominent member of a large bootmaking firm in Christchurch. Tho federation is now awaiting tho decision of the Minister of Labour concerning Mr. Hutchinson's appointment.
