BILL TO PERMIT LOANS. British Wireless. RUGBY, Nov. G. The Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald, to-day informed the House of Commons that a one-clause bill would he introduced shortly to empower the trustees of the National Gallery at their discretion to lend printings and drawing abroad, under proper safeguards.
