Notice is hereby further given by tho Administrator that after the 31st day of December. 1930, tho Administrator proposes to distribute the Assets of the deceased among tho parties entitled thereto, having regard to the Claims of which the Administrator has then notice; and, in such event, pursuant, to Section 71 of the Trustee Act, 1908, the Administrator, having given tho notices directed by the aforesaid order, will not be liable for tho assets so distributed to any person of whoso claim the Administrator had no notice at the time of the distribution of tho said Assets.
