AUCKLAND CLUB, Tho final of the Auckland Golf Club's championship will bo played to-day between Dr. W. N. Abbott and R. 0. Gardner, over 36 holes. Tho first round will commence at 10 o'clock and the second round at 1.30. A consolation bogey competition will bo held for other members.
LADIES' INTER-CLUB MATCH. • TOTRANGI BEATS AUCKLAND. An inter-club match was played at Middlomore yesterday between members of tho Titirangi and Auckland Ladies' Golf Clubs, Titirangi winning by 10 matches to 2. Following aro tho results. Titirangi players being mentioned first: — Mrs Hosking beat Miss E. Culling, 2 up; Mrs, R, L. Wilson beat Miss N. MacCormick, 1 up; Mrs. Deighton beat Miss E. M. Upton, 3 and 2; Mrs. Finlay beat Mrs. Marshall. 1 up; Mrs. O'Leary beat Mrs. J. M. Wilson, 4 and 3; Miss B. Grierson lost to Mrs. Rutherford, 5 and 4; Mrs. Johnston beat Mrs. Abbott. 1 up; Miss G. Parr beat Miss C. Moginie. 4 and 2. Foursomes. —Mrs. Hosking and Mrs. Wilson lost to Miss Culling and Mrs. Marshall, 2 and 1; Mrs. Deighton and Mrs. Finlay beat Miss MacCormick. 4 and 3; Mrs. O'Leary and Grierson beat' Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Rutherford. 3 and 2; Mrs. Johnston and Miss Parr beat Mrs. Abbott and Miss Moginie, 4 and 2. Taylor and Miss R Roberton, all square: Mrs. Melrose beat Mrs. Ralph, 2 up; Mrs. Roberts beat Mrs Grant, 6 and 4; Mrs. Robinson lost to Mrs. E. B. Brown. 4 and 3; Mrs. Ferguson and Miss Coutts, all square; Miss K. Fouhy lost to Mrs. Frater, 4 and 2. TE AROHA LADIES' CLUB. [BY telegraph.—own correspondent.] TE AROHA. Friday. Tho Te Aroha Ladies' Golf Club championships were concluded yesterday. The senior title was won by Mrs. W. Hunger, who defeated Mrs. G. McGlashan, 5 and 4. The junior championship was won by Mrs. Carwardon, who defeated Mis. Wild, 8 and 7.
