ORGANIST'S DISMISSAL.
SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM. . [by telegraph.—tress association.] DUNEDIN, Friday. The claim for £1750 for damages for alleged wrongful dismissal from the position of organist at Empiro Pictures, brought in the Supreme Court by W. Paget Gale, against 'J'. A. O'Brien, has been settled for £IOOO. .As defendant is bankrupt plaintiff must prove in the estate as ari ordinary creditor to the extent of £IOOO.
