MR. LANG'S CABINET.
CAUCUS AND MR. LYSAGHT. REJECTION IGNORED. SYDNEY. Nov. 4. A remarkable feature of the meeting of the New South Wales Labour caucus, at which tho new Cabitiet was selected, was tho defeat of Mr. A. A, Lysaght, in tho ballots. Mr. J. T. Lang, at the close of the ballots, obtained permission to nominate a 14th Minister, Having obtained leave to do so he nominated Mr. Lysaght for the portfolio of Attorney-General.
