CLICK CLACK CABARET.

AN ENJOYABLE DANCE. Shaded lights and artistic decorations made a delightful setting for a danco given by tho management in the Click Clack Cabaret last evening. Blue and orango streamers were suspended across tho ceiling and panels of futuristic designs round tho walls harmonised effectively with tho colour scheme. Downstairs in tho loungo vases of Iceland poppies were arranged on the tables and tho lights wore subdued with orange and yellow shades. Popular music was supplied by tho Click Clack Internationals and later in tho evening other city bands arrived and formod a largo combination. Favours in tho form of balloons, caps and streamers were distributed, adding considerably to tho enjoyment of tho evening. Among those present were:—Airs. H. C. Wren, who wore a frock of sea green taffeta with a gold lamo coateo; Airs. D. Shipherd, cedar roso taffeta with a hem of silver laco; Aliss Huhne, blush rose ring velvet bodice and a georgette skirt; Aliss Fitzgerald, lemon satin; Miss Reid, apple green satin; Aliss Vautier, henna satin beauto with an uneven georgetto hem; Aliss Norman, waterlily green taffeta with a black hem; Aliss Pearson, powder bluo goorgotto with a hem of gold laco; Aliss Alildred Francis, black taffeta with a fischo net hem; Aliss Roma D'Authreau, black laco and georgetto; Aliss Janot Derbyshire, white ripple ninon and silver laco, with a floral taffeta hip bow; Aliss E. Arthur, shell pink floral taffeta with a powder bluo hip bow; Aliss K. AlcGill, black net embroidered in silver; Alis3 Olivo Bickorton, green Horal chiffon; Aliss Olga Jackson, powder blue georgette; Aliss B. Bishop, Naples bluo satin beauto; Aliss Grace Dyer, rose and black floral chiffon; Aliss Farquharson, bluo floral chiffon with a peach taffeta hip bow; Miss C. Turner, cameo pink crepe do chine with a shoulder spray of green leaves; Mrs. A. Russell, white georgette; Aliss E. Saunders, cedar rose laco; Aliss Kathleen Ellis, apple green taffeta with a lemon taffeta yoko and hem; Aliss 13. Potter, midnight bluo georgetto with an embossed chenille georgetto coateo.
